NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING OF INC. VILLAGE OF BELLEROSE
PROPOSED LOCAL LAWS #3 and #4 OF YEAR 2020
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Inc. Village of Bellerose will hold a Public Hearing at Village Hall, 50 Superior Road, Bellerose Village, New York on the 27th day of July, 2020, at 7:30 o’clock in the evening of that day, to consider the enactment of the following two proposed local laws entitled:
Proposed Local Law #3 of Year 2020​—​A local law to amend Chapter 159 of the Code of the Village of Bellerose §§159-2, 159-4, 159-9, 159-10, 159-11 and 159-14 thereof, to streamline the issuance and review of peddler’s licenses and to remove certain former provisions, especially regarding fingerprinting, that no longer pass constitutional muster.
Proposed Local Law # 4 of Year 2020​—​A local law to amend the Code of the Village of Bellerose, Chapter 179 thereof, to better regulate signs in the Residence District and upon Village property.
