Notice of Meeting
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on July 1, 2019 at 8:00 PM at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, NY the Architectural Review Board of the Inc. Village of East Hills will hold a regular meeting to consider applications regarding construction and​/​or tree removal at the following properties: 19 Wagon Road (Susan Fishman, Section 7 Block 130 Lot 4), 145 Deerpath (Joshua Cash, Section 7 Block 145 Lot 184), 58 Starling Court (Lauren Bloomgarden, Section 19 Block 46 Lot 3), 33 Cardinal Drive (Tomasz Dziedziach, Section 19 Block 24 Lot 41), and 28 Magnolia Lane (Amy Barash, Section 7 Block 129 Lot 27), as well as any other matters that may come before the Board.
Maps and plans regarding the above applications are available for inspection at the office of the Village Clerk during the hours of 10:30 AM through 3:30 PM.
