NOTICE OF ADOPTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that at a regular meeting held on 6th day of December, 2018, the Board of Commissioners of the Great Neck Water Pollution Control District duly adopted a Resolution and abstract of which follows, which Resolution is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Town Law Article 7:
RESOLUTION authorizing the Business Manager to appropriate funds from
the unrestricted fund balance in the amount of $500,000 to establish a Specific Capital Improvement Reserve Fund for the purpose of funding the reconstruction of the Red Brook Pump Station. The estimated maximum cost of such is $1,000,000.
