LEGAL NOTICE
The Board of Trustees of the Village of Roslyn Estates will hold a public hearing at 7:30 p.m. on Monday, September 21, 2015, at the Village Hall, 25 The Tulips, Roslyn Estates, New York 11576, with respect to Bill 4 of 2015, as follows:
Bill 4 of 2015, a local law to amend Chapter 106, “of the Code of the Village of Roslyn Estates to define “and to include power-washing equipment within category of landscaping and home maintenance equipment allowed to be used during certain weekday and weekend hours.
At time and place of public hearing, all persons will be given opportunity to be heard. Persons planning to attend the meeting who require special accommodations because of disability should notify the Village Clerk no less than 48 hours prior to meeting.
