LEGAL NOTICE  PUBLIC HEARING  INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF MINEOLA  PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Incorporated Village of Mineola will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, August 14, 2024 at 6 30 p.m., at the Village Hall, 155 Washington Avenue, Mineola, New York 11501, or at some other location to be hereafter designated by the Board of Trustees, in order to receive public comment upon the following   APPLICATION OF MINEOLA 212 LLC TO AMEND THE APPROVAL DECISOIN OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES, DATED SEPTEMBER 13, 2023 AND FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE VILLAGE CLERK ON SEPTEMBER 14, 2023 TO CONSTRUCT AN APARTMENT BUILDING WITH UNDERGROUND PARKING UPON THE PROPERTY KNOWN AS 212-214 THIRD STREET, MINEOLA, NEW YORK, KNOWN AND DESIGNATED ON THE NASSAU COUNTY LAND AND TAX MAP AS SECTION 9, BLOCK 674, LOTS 2, 3, 5, 10-12, TO NOW AMEND CERTAIN DIMENSIONS OF THE BUILDING AND CONVERT THE APPROVED RENTAL UNITS TO CONDOMINIUM UNITS.   The Village of Mineola does not discriminate on the basis of handicapped status in administration or access to or employment in its projects and activities.  Bryan L.
