LEGAL NOTICE PUBLIC HEARING
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Roslyn Estates on Wednesday, June 19, 2019, at 7:30 p.m. at Village Hall, 25 The Tulips, Roslyn Estates, New York 11576, to hear:
Case #607, the Application of 4 Hickory Hill LLC, owner of premises at 4 Hickory Hill, Roslyn Estates, NY 11576, also known as Section 7, Block 20, Lot 493, on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, located in R-21 zoning district, for variance from § § 200-12 and 200-25.A. of the Village Code, to permit central air conditioning unit in a front yard, where same are prohibited, and only 33.7’ from front property line abutting Hickory Hill on east side of dwelling, and only 52.8’ from front property line abutting Hickory Hill on south side of dwelling, where minimum required setback is 60’.
At time and place of public hearing, all persons will be given opportunity to be heard. Individuals wishing to review file may do so during Village business hours. Those persons planning to attend meeting and who require special accommodations because of disability are requested to notify Village Clerk no less than 48 hours prior to meeting.
