PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing will be held by the Zoning Board of Appeals of the Village of Russell Gardens on August 2, 2018 at 8:30 p.m. at Village Hall, 6 Tain Drive, Great Neck, New York, to reconsider their decision rendered on May 8, 2018 for the application of Mr. & Mrs. Brian Kniesly, 30 Wensley Drive, Russell Gardens, described as Section 2, Block 237, Lot 104 for a variance of Section 60-22 C which requires a minimum aggregate side yard setback of 30 feet and plans indicate 26 feet, 3 inches at this location.
