INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF SOUTH FLORAL PARK PUBLIC NOTICE TO BIDDERS PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT sealed bids will be received by the Village Clerk of the Incorporated Village of South Floral Park on December 5, 2023 at 11AM prevailing time at the Village Hall, 383 Roquette Avenue, South Floral Park, NY 11001, at which time they will be publicly opened and read for: The 2023 Village Wide Road Improvement Project and Village Parking Field Repaving consisting of milling and paving of approximately 48,500 SY and all other appurtenances and incidentals necessary for the satisfactory completion of the work. The Contract Documents and Specifications can be examined at the Office of the Village Clerk at the Village Hall, 383 Roquette Avenue, South Floral Park, NY 11001 on or after November 21, 2023 between the hours of 10AM and 2PM prevailing time, Monday through Friday, except on holidays. Contract Documents and Specifications may be obtained upon payment of $50.00 payable to the Incorporated Village of South Floral Park, which will be refunded if Contract and Specifications are returned in good condition within thirty (30) days after the award of the contract. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, bank check or bid bond payable to the Incorporated Village of South Floral Park in the amount of five (5%) percent of the gross amount of the bid. All bids must be upon forms furnished by the undersigned and any other will be rejected. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any and all proposals.
