TAX LIEN SALE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF KINGS POINT NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE FOR UNPAID VILLAGE TAXES FOR THE YEAR 2022NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to the provisions of the Village Law and the Real Property Tax Law of the State of New York and a resolution of the Board of Trustees of the Village of Kings Point, Nassau County, New York, the Treasurer of the said Village will sell at public auction in the manner provided by law on the 6th day of March, 2023, at 11:00 a.m. at the Village Hall, 32 Steppingstone Lane, Kings Point, New York, so much of each of the following parcels of real estate upon which Village taxes remain unpaid for the year of 2022, as will be sufficient to discharge the tax, fees, interest and charges which may be due thereon respectively at the time of such sale and continue the same from day to day until the said sale shall be completed.
