NOTICE OF ADOPTION LOCAL LAW NO. 1 OF 2023 NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF THE INCORPORATED VILLAGE OF FLORAL PARK LOCAL LAW NO. 1 OF 2023 ENTITLED ìA LOCAL LAW AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE BOARD TO OVERRIDE THE TAX CAP IMPOSED BY THE STATE OF NEW YORK.îPLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Article 9 of the New York State Constitution, the provisions of the Code of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park and the Municipal Home Rule Law of the State of New York, as amended, a public hearing was duly called and held on April 12, 2023 by the Village Board of the Incorporated Village of †Floral Park on the proposed adoption of the Incorporated Village of Floral Park Local Law No. 1 of 2023 and at the April 18, 2023 Board of Trustees meeting, the Village Board duly adopted the Incorporated Village of Floral Park Local Law No. 1 of 2023 entitled: ìA Local Law authorizing the Village Board to override the tax cap imposed by the †State of New York.îThis local law shall take effect immediately upon its filing with the Secretary of State.
