The Board of Trustees of the Village of Great Neck

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Great Neck shall hold a public hearing at Village Hall, 61 Baker Hill Road, Great Neck, NY 11023, at 7:45 P.M. on January 17, 2017, to consider the adoption of a proposed local law to amend Chapter 575 of the Village Code (Zoning) to eliminate a restriction on the allowable FAR for second floors in single-family residences. Section 575-167(D) of the Village Code currently restricts the FAR for second floors in single-family residences to no more than 75% of the FAR of the first floor.
This local law, if adopted, shall take effect immediately upon filing with the Secretary of State.
Persons who may suffer from a disability, which would prevent them from participating in said hearing, should notify Joe Gill, Village Clerk-Treasurer, at (516)482-0019, in sufficient time to permit arrangements to be made to enable such persons to participate in said hearing.
