Please take notice, that the Board of Trustees will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, August 3, 2020, at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as possible, at the Village Hall, 494 Willis Avenue, Williston Park, New York, for the purpose of considering an application by Vietnaaam, Inc. for a special exception under Williston Park Zoning Code §230-8(A)(2)(a), Business District to operate a restaurant that will be primarily a counter service restaurant at the premises known at 638 Willis Avenue, Williston Park, New York, which is known on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map as Section 9, Block 189, Lot 154. Service will consist mainly of soup and sandwich, and the Applicant anticipates that approximately 80% of its business will be take-out. Applicant is the Lessee of the subject premises.
All interested persons may hear and be heard at the aforesaid time and place, and all documents regarding said application can be reviewed during the normal business hours of the Building Department. In addition, a telephone call in number will be provided by the Village Hall prior to the meeting, and all interested persons should visit the Village Website at www.villageofwillistonpark.org, which will provide the call-in telephone number on the day of the scheduled hearing.
