PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Williston Park will hold a public hearing as follows:

SUBJECT: To consider the following application made by Donald Murphy, with respect to premises known as 457 Mineola Boulevard, Village of Williston Park, the premises located within the Residential ‘A’ District, also known as Section 9, Block 313, Lot 205, on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, pursuant to the Municipal Zoning Ordinance, requesting a special exception permit therefrom the Board of Trustees pursuant to Village Code §230-14D(1), to allow for the installation of an in-ground swimming pool (16’x32’) within the rear yard of the premises.
All Interested may hear and be heard at the aforesaid time and place. Additionally, a telephone call-in number will be provided by the Village Hall prior to the meeting, in addition the website www.villageofwillistonpark.org will provide the call-in telephone number on the day of the hearing. All documents regarding said application can be reviewed during the normal business hours of the Building Department.
