PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Williston Park will hold a public hearing as follows:

SUBJECT: To consider the following application made by Mauricio and Christina Duarte, with respect to premises known as 165 Meadowsweet Road, Williston Park, the premises located within the Residential ‘B’ District, also known as ß 9, Block 317, Lot 11, on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map, pursuant to the Municipal Zoning Ordinance, requesting a special exception permit therefrom the Board of Trustees pursuant to Village Code ß 230-14D(1), to allow for the installation of a semi in-ground swimming pool (12’x18’) within the rear yard of the premises.
All Interested may hear and be heard at the aforesaid time and place, and all documents regarding said application can be reviewed during the normal business hours of the Building Department. In addition, a telephone call-in number will be provided by the Village Hall prior to the meeting, also, please visit the Village website at www.villageofwillistonpark.org which will provide the call-in telephone number on the day of the scheduled hearing.
