PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Port Washington North will hold a public hearing commencing at 7:45 p.m., on Wednesday, October 17, 2018, at the Village Hall, 3 Pleasant Avenue, Port Washington, New York 11050, to consider a Resolution amending the Village of Port Washington North parking regulations. The proposed change of regulation would change the designation of Sandy Court commencing at the corner of Soundview Drive and continuing to a point 52 feet west of Soundview Drive as a no stopping or standing spot. The no stopping or standing regulation on Sandy Court is in the jurisdiction of the Incorporated Village of Port Washington North. This notice is given pursuant to Section 4-412, subdivision 3(9), of the Village Law of the State of New York.
At said public hearing all parties in interest will be given an opportunity to be heard. Copies of the proposed local law are on file with the Village Hall and may be seen during normal business hours. Any one needing special accommodation pursuant to the American with Disabilities Act should contact the Village Clerk at least four (4) business days before the meeting.
