LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Kings Point will hold a public hearing at 6:00 p.m., on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, at the Village Hall, 32 Steppingstone Lane, Kings Point, NY 11024, with respect to the application of Chabad of Great Neck to amend a previously granted special exception permit for a proposed first floor addition and to legalize an illegally constructed basement addition under an existing terrace. The subject property is at 400 East Shore Road, Kings Point, New York, and is shown on as Section 1, Block 172, Lots 25A and 25B on the Nassau County Land and Tax Map.
The application is on file with the Village Administrator and may be reviewed during the normal business hours of the Village Administrator.
Persons who may suffer from a disability, which would prevent them from participating in said hearings, should notify Gomie Persaud, Village Administrator, at (516) 504-1000 in sufficient time to permit such arrangements to be made to enable such persons to participate in said hearings.
