LEGAL NOTICE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Kings Point will hold a public hearing at 8:15 p.m., on March 7, 2019, at the Village Hall, 32 Steppingstone Lane, Kings Point, NY 11024, with respect to the application of ExteNet Systems, Inc. for a special permit to install 31 small cell facilities on 26 existing and 5 new utility poles along various streets within the Village.
The application is on file with the Village Clerk and may be reviewed during the normal business hours of the Village Clerk.
Persons who may suffer from a disability, which would prevent them from participating in said hearings, should notify Gomie Persaud, Village Clerk-Treasurer, at (516) 504-1000 in sufficient time to permit such arrangements to be made to enable such persons to participate in said hearings.
