The Board of Trustees of the Village of Great Neck will hold a public hearing at 8:15 p.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 2020, at the Village Hall of the Village of Great Neck, 61 Baker Hill Road, Great Neck, New York 11023, with respect to a proposed local law to exceed the property tax cap imposed under Section 3-c of the General Municipal Law in connection with the adoption of the 2020/2021 annual budget.
This local law, if adopted, shall take effect immediately upon filing with the Secretary of State.
Persons who may suffer from a disability, which would prevent them from participating in said hearing, should notify Abraham Cohan, Village Clerk-Treasurer, at (516) 482-0019, in sufficient time to permit arrangements to be made to enable such persons to participate in said hearing.
