NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Board of Trustees of the Village of East Hills will hold a public hearing on January 16, 2019 at 8 pm at the Village Hall, 209 Harbor Hill Road, East Hills, NY to consider Bill T1-19, a proposed local law to amend Section 137, Parks and Recreation Areas, of the Village Code of the Village of East Hills, to provide for new provisions to allow for refunds of deposits placed on programs and facilities which are cancelled more than 45 days in advance of the first day of an event(s).
