SUBJECT: To consider an Application filed by 615 Willis Avenue LLC. & Khaats Group LLC., for the properties located at 615-621 Willis Avenue, Williston Park, New York 11596, also known as Section 9, Block 656, lots 150,151,152,153,154 on the Village Tax Roll, requesting the following Variance to the Village Zoning Code:
1.Section 230-8 I (2) Off-street parking—To permit for the construction of a three (3) story mixed use building, proposed retail use on the 1st. floor and a total of (8) apartments on the 2nd. and 3rd. floors, which require a total of (33) off-street parking spaces, the application providing (9) on-site parking spaces.
All Interested parties may hear and be heard at the aforesaid time and place.
