SUBJECT: To consider an Application filed by 682 Willis LLC, for the property located at 682 Willis Avenue, Williston Park, New York 11596, also known as Section 9, Block 183, Lot 60 on the Village Tax Roll, requesting the following Variance to the Village Zoning Code:
230-8E BUILDING AREA, the required building area and/or total lot coverage, within the “Business District” for buildings and structures, shall not exceed 50% of the lot area.
All Interested parties may hear and be heard at the aforesaid time and place, and all documents regarding said application, can be reviewed during the normal business hours of the Building Department.
