SUBJECT: To consider an Application filed by Michael & Kaitlyn Seeley, for the construction a 2nd. story rear addition over the existing 1-story rear addition and install a basement egress window into the front yard for the purpose of a renovation to the existing basement, at the property located at 120 Broad Street, Williston Park, New York 11596, also known as Section 9, Block 196, Lots 1,2 on the Village Tax Roll, the following Variances of the Village Zoning Code:
230-7D Required Side Yard – A side yard is required along each side of a building, which side yard must be at least five (5) feet in width on each side yard.
230-7F No building or part thereof shall be erected or altered to be nearer the street line upon which it fronts than the average setback of the buildings on the same side of the street.
All Interested parties may hear and be heard at the aforesaid time and place, and all documents regarding said application, can be reviewed during the normal business hours of the Building Department.
