ANNUAL ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING & PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT on Tuesday, August 25, 2020, at eight o’clock in the evening, via telephone conference call as authorized by Governor Cuomo’s Executive Orders 202.1 and 202.10, or such other manner as authorized by subsequent Executive Order or authorized by law. the Board of Trustees will hold its Annual July Organizational Meeting as well as a Public Hearing to consider the following proposed local laws:

1) A proposed local law modifying fines and penalties for violations of the Village Code 

2) A proposed local law amending Chapter 110 of the Village Code entitled, “Noise”

3) A proposed local law amending Chapter 176-57 and Chapter 82-3 of the Village Code re Building Department Permit Fees and Extension expiration terms

4) A proposed local law regulating Signage 

While this meeting will be open to the public there will be no “in-person” location. Members of the public may listen to the Public Meeting via telephone conference call by dialing (516) 517-4846 (no pin required) at 8:00 p.m.
