The General Contract (5717-G) consists of furnishing and installing a masonry treatment building on an existing foundation, as well as site improvements and nstallation of a drainage system. The Plumbing Contract (5717-P) consists of furnishing and installing all plumbing and HVAC for the proposed treatment uilding. The Bidder to whom the OWNER proposes to award the Contract will be required to furnish performance and payment bonds and the necessary insurance certificates as prescribed in the General Conditions and the Supplementary Conditions upon the execution of the Agreement within ten (10) days of the Notice of Award. Provisions under 2 CFR Part 200 will apply to the awarded contract. Bidders must submit documentary evidence of minority and women business enterprises, if applicable, who have been contracted and to whom commitments shall be submitted concurrently with the bid. Bidders are also required to comply with the anti-discrimination provisions of Sections 290-301 of the Executive Law of the State of New York.
