2024 Fire & EMS Protection ContractPLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Board of Trustees of the Village of Port Washington North will hold a public hearing commencing at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at the Village Hall, 3 Pleasant Avenue, Port Washington, New York 11050, with respect to a proposed contract with the Port Washington Fire Department Inc. for the furnishing of fire protection and emergency medical service within the Village for the period of January 1, 2024 through December 31, 2024 at a cost to the Village of $307,337.00. This notice is given pursuant to Section 4-412, subdivision 3(9), of the Village Law of the State of New York.At said public hearing all parties in interest will be given an opportunity to be heard. †Copies of the proposed contract are on file with the Village Hall and may be seen during normal business hours.
