A New Hyde Park man died Monday after being struck by a train at the village’s LIRR station, the MTA said.
The man was hit around 9:15 a.m. in an incident that caused delays and cancellations to Port Jefferson, Oyster Bay and Ronkonkoma until full service resumed by 11:00 a.m., the MTA said.
An investigation is ongoing and no criminality is suspected, the MTA said.
