Detectives are looking for an elderly woman from Great Neck who is missing, according to  the Nassau County Police Department.

Officials said 83-year-old Atsuko Horiuchi was last seen on Great Neck Road in Great Neck around 3:30 p.m. Monday afternoon. Officials said they were contacted about Horiuchi Monday just before 10 p.m.

Horiuchi, who officials said suffers from a cognitive disorder, is an Asian female around 4 feet 9 inches tall, roughly 100 pounds, and has black eyes and long gray hair. Officials said Horiuchi was last seen wearing a purple jacket, black pants and black shoes.

Police asked anyone with information about Horiuchi’s whereabouts to reach out to its Missing Persons Squad.
