A Port Washington vape shop owner was arrested on Wednesday and is charged with illegally selling THC-containing products, police announced Thursday.

Shengming Jin, 33, is charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance.

Police investigated the sale of narcotics at the 360 Vape and Smoke Shop, located at 41B Main Street. Tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) products were discovered to be sold at this location. THC is the active ingredient in marijuana.

Jin was arrested without incident. He will be arraigned in First District Court on Thursday, Oct. 27 at 99 Main St. in Hempstead.
