Four at large after Great Neck Plaza smoke shop burglary

Four suspects are at large following the burglary of a Great Neck Plaza smoke shop burglary early Thursday morning, according to Nassau County police.

Police said an unknown number of individuals broke into the smoke shop at 41 South Middle Neck Road around 2:30 a.m. Thursday by throwing rocks through its windows.

Money was stolen from the shop, but police said the total amount was not known.

Police said four individuals, dressed in all black, fled from the shop in the southbound direction on South Middle Neck Road.

The investigation is ongoing and police said they are seeking information from anyone who knows anything about the incident. Individuals can contact the Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS or call 911. Police said callers will remain anonymous.
