‘Mame’ to be performed at Westbury Manor

Based off the novel “Auntie Mame” by Patrick Dennis and a Broadway play by Jerome Lawrence and Robert Edwin Lee, the musical “Mame” will be performed at Westbury Manor on Sunday, Aug. 14 and 21.

With music and lyrics for the performance composed by Jerry Herman, this brassy, tuneful, funny, and emotional musical celebrates life with an award-winning score featuring “We need a Little Christmas,” “If He Walked Into My Life,” and the title number, “Mame.”

The show begins with lunch at noon on both days and the performance kicking off at 1:15 p.m. Lunch is included with the cost of admission, which is $48. For tickets and more information, contact the box office at 516-599-6870.
