Wearing a mask in the library and at library programs is now optional. This will remain in effect as long as Nassau County is considered a low transmission area. The library board reserves the right to amend the policy in accordance with Governor Hochul and CDC guidelines.

St. Francis Hospital Health Screenings—Monday—June 20—10 am-2 pm in front of the Library. Open to everyone over 18 years of age. Included: brief cardiac history, blood pressure and simple blood test for cholesterol and diabetes.
