The Mineola Chamber of Commerce held its first dinner of the year at the Lisbon Café on Mineola Boulevard on Tuesday.

Chamber President Louis Panacciulli welcomed attorneys Matt Weinick and Chris Marlborough from the Nassau County Bar Association who spoke on current employment law.

Chamber member Karina Mauro, and owner of newly opened Willows Cove Salon on Jericho Turnpike, spoke to attendees about her new business.

All enjoyed an evening of important information, stimulating conversation, and the fine cuisine at the Lisbon Café.
