Three young men from the Boy Scout Troop 201 of Albertson/Herricks were honored at an Eagle Court of Honor ceremony at the American Legion Post 144 on Sunday, Jan. 6.
Nassau County Legislator Ellen W. Birnbaum (D – Great Neck) congratulated Jordan Chin, Nicolas Ryan and Michael Marcy for becoming Eagle Scouts, the highest possible scouting rank, and presented them Nassau County citations.
“It is important to recognize young people for their accomplishments and encourage them to continue to be active members of their communities,” Birnbaum said. “I am proud to honor these young men and I wish them all of the best as they embark on what I trust will be very bright futures.”
