The Town of North Hempstead welcomed members from the M.T.O. Shahmaghsoudi School of Islamic Sufism to Town Hall on April 28 for a point of personal privilege.
Town officials recognized their commitment to volunteerism during the COVID-19 pandemic. The group donated thousands of food items, PPE material, and other essentials across the globe in the past two years.
