Town officials celebrate local business Alper’s Hardware

North Hempstead Town Supervisor Judi Bosworth, Council Member Dina De Giorgio and Town Clerk Wayne Wink along with New York State Senator Anna Kaplan visited Alper’s Hardware of Port Washington on Sept. 19 to celebrate their dedication to the community.

The Senator honored the business with the New York State Empire Business Award which recognizes local businesses that excel in their field and play an active role to support the community. Town officials presented a citation to celebrate the achievement.
