Town officials celebrate Landmark on Main

Town of North Hempstead Supervisor Judi Bosworth, Council Members Anna Kaplan and Dina De Giorgio and Town Clerk Wayne Wink attended Landmark on Main Street’s “The Impossible Cool” gala on Nov. 3 at the Jeanne Rimsky Theater in Port Washington.

Town officials presented proclamations of recognition to the Kerpen Family and Jane and Marty Schwartz for their dedication to Landmark on Main Street and to the local community. Also in attendance were state Assemblyman Tony D’Urso, Nassau County Executive Laura Curran and former state Assemblywoman Michelle Schimel. Landmark on Main Street is a not-for-profit community center that enhances the spirit and enriches the lives of the communities of Port Washington and surrounding regions.
