North Hempstead Town Supervisor Jennifer DeSena recently attended the Eagle Scout Court of Honor for Thomas Scartozzi of Boy Scouts Troop #332 in New Hyde Park. Supervisor DeSena joined with her colleagues in government, including Hempstead Councilman Anthony D’Esposito and Assemblyman Ed Ra, and commended Thomas on his hard work and dedication for reaching the rank of Eagle Scout, something only 8% of all Boy Scouts attain.
