On Friday, Feb. 10 all four New Hyde Park-Garden City Park School District elementary schools participated in creating valentines for New Hyde Park Seniors and Veterans.
The New Hyde Park Road School Student Council came to hand out valentines, sing a song and spend time with seniors.
Mayor Christopher Devane and village trustees handed out certificates of recognition to the student council for their community service and spreading love.
Thank you to Superintendent Morrison and her district for sending love to New hyde Park this Valentine’s Day.
