Sewanhaka donates to Operation Christmas Child

For the 14th consecutive year, students in Sewanhaka High School’s World Languages National Honor Society participated in Operation Christmas Child.

Students donated 65 shoeboxes filled with gifts for poor children. Honor Society adviser Carmen Graci proudly delivered the shoeboxes to Living Hope Christian Church in Bellerose, New York. Operation Christmas Child is a project of Samaritan’s Purse. Since 1993, Samaritan’s Purse has distributed more than 146 million shoebox gifts to children around the world.
