Senator Elaine Phillips recently visited The Buckley Country Day School in Roslyn to speak with students about leadership and how they can give back to their local community.
“As a mother of three daughters who attended Buckley, and a former board member of the school, it was a great pleasure to meet with current students and faculty. Teaching leadership skills to our youth and imparting the importance of community service at a young age provides valuable lessons that prepare them for everyday life,” Senator Elaine Phillips said. “Thank you to Dr. Jean-Marc Juhel, the Buckley staff and the entire student body for inviting me to speak.”
