Students in Mrs. Jana Ross’ third-grade class at East Hills Elementary School participated in a Black History Month lesson where they researched significant figures in Black history and created mini-biography books. Students designed stamps to illustrate their chosen historical figure and explained why they believed the person deserved to “leave a stamp on history.”
