The pumpkins come to school at Temple Beth Sholom
On Thursday, October 22nd, students at Temple Beth Sholom Early Childhood Center were treated to a very special morning when their school lawn was transformed into a pumpkin patch. In partnership with North Shore Garden Center in Port Washington, ECC Director Jen Schiffer organized the delivery of over 50 pumpkins to the synagogue lawn in an effort to bring the pumpkin patch to the children. In light of COVID restrictions for field trips and large gatherings, having the pumpkins on-site allowed the children to safely participate in this fun fall event.
