Roslyn Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon-cutting at Mahal on Wednesday night, March 16. Mahal Classic Indian Restaurant is located at 290 Glen Cove Road in Roslyn Heights.
In attendance were Paramjit Josan, co-owner, and Santokh Singh.
Also in attendance from Roslyn Chamber of Commerce were: Rich Branciforte, president; Barbara Kaplan, VP, marketing and public relations; Board members Steve Blank, Wayne Wink, Melissa Spitalnick, Graciela Hall and Linda Robinson and Sydney Gordon, state Sen. Anna Kaplan and Sandy Branciforte (wife of Rich Branciforte) as were many Mahal supporters.
