Nassau County Legislator Delia DeRiggi-Whitton (D – Glen Cove) had a special surprise in store for October’s “birthday babies” during her Friday, Oct. 21 visit to the Glen Cove Senior Center. She was joined by opera singer Michael Graziosi, who serenaded the celebrants with musical selections that delighted all in attendance.

“Visiting local senior centers to celebrate our birthday babies is always one of my favorite monthly activities, but Michael Graziosi’s beautiful voice made this recent visit especially memorable,”  DeRiggi-Whitton said. “It was a wonderful addition to a day filled with roses, cake and conversation, and I thank him for being so generous with his time and entertaining our seniors.”
