North Hempstead Council Member Peter Zuckerman attended the Village of East Hills’ annual Summer Blood Drive event at the Park at East Hills on June 4.
Zuckerman thanked all the volunteers for assisting with the event and for helping those in need of emergency blood donations.
The New York Blood Center also has a convenient donor center located in Lake Success. Appointments can be scheduled for that location or at any other donor center by visiting the New York Blood Center’s website at www.nybc.org.
