Port Washington Middle School Students Agathi Katechis and Violet Worms were chosen to perform in the Student recital of The Association Of Piano Teachers of Long Island.
On Saturday afternoon, June 4 the students wowed the audience with their outstanding performances At the Jericho Public Library. Agathi played the “Theme from Grieg’s Piano Concerto in A MInor.”
Violet played Beethoven’s “Fur Elise.” They received a diploma for their performances. They are students of the multi-media piano/musicstudio of Ruth Pleines.
