Party in the Park hosted by Residents Forward

Residents Forward invites you to attend our beloved annual community-building event, Party in the Park! To celebrate the 50+ years of hard work and success in enhancing the quality of life on the Port Washington peninsula, RESIDENTS looks forward to an afternoon with you!
Party in the Park 2022 will be held on Sunday, Sept. 18 at the Blumenfeld Family Park on Main Street in Port Washington. Festivities will start at 1:00 pm and continue until 4:00 pm.
This year, our event will include many fun activities, such as rides on a trackless train, obstacle courses, mini golf, carnival booth games, and live entertainment provided by Landmark on Main Street and Bach to Rock. Blue Moon Project will provide a Taekwondo demonstration.
Our experiential zones feature:
Family Fun (trackless train, refreshments, and carnival games)
Family Safety (PW Fire Department)
Music & Art (live music and performances)
Healthy Bodies (yoga, dance, speed and agility)
Building Young Minds (Legos and mini golf)
Healthy Planet (Residents Forward’s’ Environmental Education programming, hands-on science experiments, and upcycling)
Event bracelets for children are just $5 each and can be purchased at our check-in table. Every bracelet holder also receives free cotton candy,apples and a “smushteenie” ice cream sandwich provided by Steven Edelson, owner of Smusht on Main Street https://www.smusht.com/.
