North Hempstead Town Supervisor Jennifer DeSena joined the Port Washington Public Library’s Great Library Card Adventure 20th Anniversary celebration on April 24.
She presented the library team with a Proclamation of Recognition for the innovative program that partners with the Children’s Services Department and the elementary schools of the Port Washington Public School District.
The “adventure” introduces young people to the immense resources of the Port Washington Library through an array of fun and engaging activities.
