The Greater Port Washington Business Improvement welcomes CityScape Engineering to its new location at 9 Main St., Port Washington.

CityScape Engineering is a recent recipient of funds from the Façade Grant Program offered by the Greater Port Washington B.I.D. The funding was used for new lighting, brickwork, and doors as part of a larger renovation project.

CityScape Engineering was founded in 2009 by Hadi Djohan with over 25 years of experience.

In 2015, CSE called Port Washington its new home. CityScape Engineering is a structural engineering firm designing midrise and high rises projects for the NYC five boroughs and surrounding areas.

Most of the projects are for NYC affordable housing, commercial, condominiums, and/or a combination of uses.  Although most of their work is within the five boroughs, they are also work throughout New York State and additionally hold licenses to work in N.J, Conn. and Penn.

“CityScape could not be happier to put its roots down in Port Washington. Port uniquely offers proximity to New York City, yet it has the quaint and charming suburban lifestyle. We are pleased to contribute to the revitalization of the Main Street that we hope will continue!” says CSE founder,Hadi Djohan.

CityScape Engineering has been a Port Washington business for 8 years but recently moved to a storefront location.

“We commend CityScape Engineering for choosing to move to a more visible location on Main Street. In addition, their team is dedicated to care of the pocket park area immediately around the building as well as updates to their own facade. All of which benefit the District as a whole.” says Holly Byrne, executive director of the Port Washington B.I.D.
