The Plandome Heights Women’s Club held a special a cocktail party event at Publicans Jan. 27.

To help ring in the New Year, Plandome Heights residents came together for a fun night which included unlimited beer, wine and soda and pub-style finger food. The highlight of the evening was a whiskey demonstration and tasting.

Publicity chairman Irene Kapetanos said it was great to have a local event to support our community, who were mostly able to walk to the event.
